Rhonda Ware is an experienced Human Resources professional with a tenure at Ingram Barge Company since April 2007, currently serving as Human Resources Manager. In this role, Ware provides guidance and strategic support to HR Business Partners, focusing on the planning and execution of company policies and programs to align with organizational objectives. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Gap Inc. from November 2003 to February 2007, as well as multiple roles at Fedex Office - Kinko’s, where Ware began as a Regional Recruiter and progressed to Human Resources Generalist.
