Lancer Doll has extensive experience in supply chain management and IT governance, currently serving as the Director of IT Governance and Director of Global Supply Chain Integration at Ingevity since September 2015. Prior to this role, Lancer held various positions at MeadWestvaco from April 1999 to September 2015, including Manager of Supply Chain Optimization, Global Supply Chain Systems and Integration Manager, and Sr. Global Supply Chain Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as a Learn and Earn Coordinator at Miami-Jacobs and as WWSU Training Director while studying at Wright State University, where Lancer earned a B.A. in Mass Communication.
