Christopher Therkelsen serves as the Director of EMEA Customer Experience and Sales Order Management at Ingersoll Rand since March 2020, also heading the Shared Services Center. Previously, Christopher held the role of Director for EMEA Sales Order Management and Customer Experience at Gardner Denver from December 2016 to February 2020. Christopher's extensive experience includes senior management positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed procurement operations, account delivery, and team leadership across numerous international regions. Notably, Christopher has led large teams exceeding 130 personnel in diverse locations such as China, Mexico, Poland, Romania, and the UK, demonstrating strong capabilities in supplier-to-pay processes, customer support, and operational improvements.
