Brian Kemp has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Brian started their career in 2005 as a Jr. Pastor at Revival Christian Fellowship, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined SolarCity as a Field Energy Consultant, and in 2014, they moved to Horizon Solar Power as a Renewable Energy Consultant, working there until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Water Treatment Consultant at RainSoft, and in 2018, they joined Semper Solaris as an Energy Consultant. In 2020, they became a Marketing Manager at Infinity Energy INC, and in 2021, they started their own company, ClickSolar.Energy, as an Owner. In 2022, they became a District Manager at Solcius, and in 2023, they joined inGenius Solutions in a role involving installation and sales.

Brian Kemp earned an Associate's degree in General Golf Course Management from Professional Golfers Career College, attending from 2004 to 2005.
