Nayelli Cruz Freyre has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad de Guanajuato, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. In 2010, they earned a Diploma in Organizational Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Nayelli later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services at Tilburg University from 2012 to 2013. In 2005, they also obtained a Speciality in Business Administration and Management from Luleå University of Technology. In 2019, Nayelli completed the Personal Future Design program in Human Development and Family Studies at CENTRO diseño | cine | televisión. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Ethics and Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in 2020.
