Laurence MAHOP is an experienced payroll and HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable Paie & ADP at Ingenico since September 2012, Laurence leads a team of three payroll and HR administrators, overseeing the payroll for 16 establishments and managing expatriate relations. Prior roles include Gestionnaire de Paie / GTA Senior & ADP at Ingenico, where Laurence facilitated the re-internalization of payroll and provided technical and legal guidance. Earlier experience includes roles at SODIAAL and SUEZ, with expertise in multi-site payroll management and HR advisory services. Laurence holds a BBA in international business from Business School (Former IPME) and advanced degrees in labor law and human resources management from C.P.S.S TRUDAINE and ESSEC Business School.
