Jinsam You are currently the Vice President of Development at INGENIA Therapeutics, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company in various roles. They were a Senior Director of Clinical Research from March 2022 to April 2022, and before that, they were a Clinical Research Advisor in the company's autonomous special force unit called Lilly Chorus. In this role, they focused on lean to Proof of Concept (PoC) clinical development for internal and external assets. They also held positions as a Principal Research Scientist and Senior Research Scientist at Eli Lilly from 2012 to 2018. Jinsam You have also worked as a Scientific Director and Associate Research Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine from 2010 to 2012, and as the Director of Scientific Operations at Monarch LifeSciences from 2004 to 2010. They began their career as a PostDoc at Eli Lilly and Company from 2003 to 2004.
