Jesús Navarro Palomino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jesús is currently working as a Software Engineer at Ingenia Health since February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Nagnoi, LLC starting from January 2022. Prior to their software engineering roles, they held positions at various companies. Jesús worked as an Instructor for Business Intelligence & Analytics at Datux Perú starting from October 2020 and as an Instructor for Data Analytics at Eduline from February 2021. Jesús also has experience as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant at Kaits Consulting Group from November 2018 to December 2021. At Atento, they held various roles including Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Assistant, and Technical Support Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as data processing, statistical analysis, project development, financial analysis, contract review, and reporting.

In 2012-2015, Jesús completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer and Information Sciences, General at I.E.S.T.P JOSE PARDO.

In 2015, Jesús obtained an Especialización Excel Estadístico (Specialization in Statistical Excel) from IDAT.

In 2018, Jesús pursued an Especializacion de Business Intelligence y Business Analytics (Specialization in Business Intelligence and Business Analytics) at the Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.

In the same year, Jesús also completed two online courses through edX: "Data Cleansing with Data Quality Services" and "Statistics and R," which covered topics related to information technology and data processing.

Additionally, Jesús has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including being a Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, as well as a certification in Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate in 2021.
