Victoria Salazar has a diverse work experience in strategic marketing, editing, and publishing. Victoria started their career as an Assistant Editor at Absolute Publishing, Inc., where they were responsible for coordinating with staff and freelance writers and working with graphic designers to layout a monthly publication.
Victoria then joined Davies as an Editor, where they edited grassroots campaign letters for corporate clients and also drafted letters to meet deliverables on schedule.
In 2013, Victoria joined InGenesis, Inc. as a Proposal Writer and later became a Strategic Markets Analyst. Victoria then progressed to the role of Strategic Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for creating new service lines, managing the business development department, and conducting market research to increase the company's market share. Victoria successfully generated more than $900M in new contracts through targeted messaging in proposals and increased annual revenue by $92M.
Most recently, Victoria serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Marketing at InGenesis, Inc., where they continue to drive business growth and expand the scope of the company's services.
Victoria Salazar obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Trinity University, attending from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University.
