Yoap Brugmann is an experienced finance and compliance professional with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles at ING from 1996 to the present. Currently serving as Voorzitter Balansbeheercommissie VO at Stichting pensioenfonds ING since July 2022, and as Sr Reporting Professional Compliance at ING since June 2015, Brugmann has a proven track record in developing actionable insights for compliance on a global scale. Previous positions at ING include Manager Product & Channel Development Mortgages & Credit Facilities, where Brugmann oversaw financial performance and customer experience, as well as roles in campaign management, risk modeling, and product profitability. In addition to these roles, Brugmann is the founder and owner of Force d'Or since March 2018 and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor in Astronomy from Leiden University. Brugmann's educational credentials include training from Nyenrode Business University and the ING Business School, along with participation in professional development programs.
