Yasmina El Asrouti is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in financial crime compliance and transaction monitoring. Currently serving as the Global Stream Lead for FCC QA Transaction Monitoring at ING since April 2018, Yasmina is responsible for drafting and maintaining ING's global framework for 2LoD FCC QA. Previous roles include FCC Sanctions Specialist and Compliance Expert at the Domestic Bank NL, where Yasmina provided advisory support in AML and sanctions matters. Prior experience includes positions at ID Risk & Compliance Professionals, Amsterdam Trade Bank, Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and ING Nederland, with a focus on customer due diligence and quality assurance. Yasmina holds a certified compliance professional degree from the Nederlands Compliance Instituut and a law degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
