Wing Kiu Siu serves as the Global Head of Vitality at ING since November 2021, focusing on the organization's global vitality strategy and promoting healthy working habits. Previously, Wing Kiu Siu held roles at ING as the Global Head of Performance Management (a.i) and Global Performance Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing performance processes and developing the global employee value proposition. Prior experience includes an Associate Partner position at OrganizationBuilders, consulting at A.T. Kearney in organizational transformation and strategy, and conducting experimental physics research as a PhD student at AMOLF, culminating in a thesis on ultrafast molecular dynamics. Wing Kiu Siu also holds a Cum Laude MSc in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam and has educational credentials from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Gymnasium Camphusianum.
