Teodora Maria Rusu is a Sustainability Consultant at ING since December 2022, where contributions focus on advancing the sustainability agenda in carbon-intensive sectors through the Terra approach. Previous experience includes a Legal Intern role at Greenpeace International, conducting research on environmental law and European policies, and a position as a Student Researcher at the Climate Change and Sustainability Law Clinic at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Teodora has also worked as an Assistant Editor for Water Journal at MDPI, coordinated peer-review processes, and gained legal experience through internships, including at Felezeu Ion Tudor and the County Environment Protection Agency. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in International Business Law focused on Climate Change and Corporations, a Master's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor of Laws from Babes-Bolyai University.
