Suzanne IJntema is an experienced professional in change management and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Change Consultant at ING since January 2017, with previous roles including Senior Portfolio Manager and Product Owner. Prior to ING, Suzanne worked as a Segment Marketeer at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and as a Consultant at EY VODW. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration - Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Suzanne's foundational education was completed at Het Stedelijk Lyceum Zuid with a focus on Culture and Management.
