Sila Ozen Guclu is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at ING since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at VodafoneZiggo from January 2018 to June 2023, where skills in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models were honed, alongside mentoring junior team members and presenting complex ML models to stakeholders. Sila has worked on notable projects such as topic modeling in NLP and speech recognition with sentiment analysis for churn prediction. Earlier work experience includes a Data Scientist - Researcher role at Eindhoven University of Technology and a Research Assistant position at Istanbul Technical University.
