Siem Lakeman is an accomplished IT architect with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Architect at ING since August 2013, Siem previously held the position of Principal Architect at the same company from May 2008 to August 2013, focusing on Business Lending. Prior to ING, Siem worked as an IT architect at ABN Amro Bank from 1994 to May 2008. Siem earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Informatica from the University of Twente, completing the program from 1989 to 1994.
