Secil Kipcak Refik currently serves as Program Director at ING since February 2017, specializing in leading HR Transformation Projects as Global Head of Change. Prior to this role, Secil served as Executive VP of Human Resources and Corporate Brand Strategy at ING Bank Turkey from January 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included organizational development and cultural transformation. Earlier experience at Coca-Cola İçecek spanned various marketing roles, culminating in the position of Marketing Director from February 2006 to January 2012. Secil's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Koç University, completed in 1998.
