Ozlem Aktas, FRM, has extensive experience in risk management and product ownership, currently serving as the Product Owner and Innovation Expert for the Trading Risk Management Engineering squad at ING since June 2015. Previous roles include Audit Supervisor, Data Scientist, Risk Advisor, and Market Risk Manager at ING, where expertise in trading risk, market data management, and machine learning applications in employee attrition prediction were demonstrated. Prior to ING, Ozlem was a Risk Management Specialist at Is Asset Management and held positions at Imagine Software and Halkbank, focusing on quantitative analysis and treasury operations. Education includes an Executive MBA in Big Data and Business Analytics from the University of Amsterdam and two Master's degrees in Financial Mathematics from universities in Germany and Sweden, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Middle East Technical University.
