Nikola Kopp is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Regional Head of Lending for Germany and Austria at ING since September 2017. Kopp has held roles including Team Head of Corporate Lending and has a solid background in corporate relationship management, having previously worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and RBS (Deutschland) AG. Kopp's extensive tenure at The Royal Bank of Scotland included positions such as Director of the Capital Resolution Group and Director of Global Restructuring. Early career experience includes roles at Commerzbank AG, where Kopp progressed from Customer Service at Branch Level to Lead Project Manager in Leveraged Finance.
