Maarten van Beek is a senior HR Director at ING, overseeing People and Organisation for the Retail Bank across multiple countries including Australia, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Spain since October 2015. Previous roles include HR Director for ING Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and Director of Human Resources in the Netherlands. In addition to corporate leadership, Maarten serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Stichting voor Vluchteling-Studenten UAF and holds multiple advisory and supervisory board positions including with the Dutch Employers Association AWVN, Dutch National Television & Radio, and JINC. Academic credentials include a Master's in Organisational Psychology from Leiden University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Twente.
