Louis Fitzgibbon is currently a Customer Journey Expert at ING, having started in September 2024. Previously, Louis served as a Senior Operations Agent - Data Specialist at TicketSwap from November 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included researching user behavior, managing various projects, and expanding the platform's offerings. Louis also undertook an internship at MUD Jeans focused on business strategy and communication, creating an online certificate program that enhanced student outreach. Prior experience includes a role as a Helpdesk Consultant at Hargreaves Lansdown, providing financial market advice, and serving as an English Tutor at Chezmo language school in Japan. Louis holds a Master of Science in European Politics and External Relations from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Keio University, complementing a Political Science and International Relations degree from the University of Birmingham.
