Inna Zakharova is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in global client services and operations. Currently serving as the WB Hub Lead for Global Client Services & Transaction Services at ING since June 2015, Inna oversees a team of over 300 individuals, managing various critical functions including client migrations and global implementation management. Prior to ING, Inna held key leadership roles at UniCredit from September 2007 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing corporate and retail operations across multiple departments. Inna's academic background includes an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IBR Institute of International Business Relations/Uni Kassel International Management School in Germany and a degree from the National University of Economics in Kyiv, Ukraine.
