Huib Verbeek has extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management and trading, currently serving in Macro Trading at ING since September 2022. Prior to this role, Huib Verbeek was the Global Head of Bond Trading & FI Sales at Rabobank from August 2017 to August 2022, overseeing credit and government bond trading as well as financial institutions sales. Huib Verbeek's earlier tenure at ING, spanning from January 2001 to January 2017, included positions as Head of Trading, Managing Director with oversight of fixed income and rates trading, and Director roles focused on short-term interest rate trading and money market products. Huib Verbeek holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Groningen, acquired between 1987 and 1994.
