Hayley Williams, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate Finance at ING since July 2022, following a position as Assistant Vice President at Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC from July 2021 to June 2022. Williams has extensive experience in real estate finance, having worked at ING in various roles from November 2016 to July 2021, and at PwC from September 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included due diligence for CMBS deals and financial valuation analysis. Previous roles also include positions at Northeastern University and trading operations at Neon Liberty Capital Management LLC, as well as client service at MFS Investment Management. Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northeastern University, earned in 2014.
