Frouke M. is an experienced professional in the fields of compliance, risk management, and legal counsel, currently serving as a Non-Financial Risk Officer at ING since April 2019, focusing on Wholesale Banking Compliance and DBNL Operational Risk Management. Previous experience includes a role as a Risk Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and a Compliance Officer position at Ginger Payments, where Frouke developed compliance and risk monitoring processes for a FinTech payment platform. Frouke has also worked as a Legal Counsel at SkinVision and TSMC, an Inspector at Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd, and held various positions within well-known companies including Eli Lilly & Company and Medical Credit Fund. Frouke holds two Master of Laws degrees from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Information Law and International Development Studies.
