Fanny Mougel is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects, Control and Support, and Global Lead Procurement Sustainability at ING Luxembourg since November 2022. With a robust background in procurement, Fanny has held the position of Head of Procurement at ING Luxembourg since July 2019 and previously advanced the procurement function at Alter Domus from March 2017 to June 2019, where key achievements included the establishment of a global procurement department and significant IT and facilities project management. Prior experience includes serving as an IT buyer at Société Générale from September 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities involved managing substantial master agreements and conducting supplier analysis. Fanny holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master 2 in Strategic Management of Purchases from IAE Grenoble and a Master 2 in International and European Business Law from Université de Lorraine.
