Ed van Diggelen is an experienced programmamanager at ING since August 2013, leading significant initiatives such as the European implementation of SEPA Rulebooks 2023 and the integration of instant payments within ING's network. Previously, Ed held various roles focused on change management for international payments and compliance with PSD2 regulations. Ed’s extensive background includes managing SEPA migration and international cash management projects during a 15-year tenure at ING Nederland and earlier project management roles in international payments. Ed holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration and a Post MBA in Financial Management from TSM Business School.
