Daniella Soesman is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in compliance and change management. Currently serving as Compliance Communication Lead at ING since August 2019, Daniella has also held multiple roles within the organization, including Communications Lead for Financial Crime Compliance and Communications Manager for Global KYC. Prior to ING, Daniella worked as a Senior Consultant at VMAGROUP, and held various communications positions at VIVAT, RBS, and ABN AMRO, which involved managing internal communications, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Early career milestones include marketing management roles at Oracle, Shell, IBM, and Microsoft, where marketing strategies and media relations were key focuses. Daniella holds a Master's degree in Communications & Journalism from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from Tel Aviv University.
