Cedric Ide is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in advisory and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of PE Advisory & Financial Sponsors Group at ING since September 2019, Cedric also leads the Strategy Office for Benelux and holds the position of MD Financial Institutions Advisory. Prior to ING, Cedric spent over a decade at Merrill Lynch International, where responsibilities included origination and execution of M&A and capital market transactions predominantly for Benelux financial institutions. Cedric began the career at Allen & Overy as an associate tax lawyer, focusing on structuring M&A transactions for tax efficiency. Cedric's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in finance, tax science, and law from prestigious institutions such as London Business School and KU Leuven.
