Brennan Cumming currently serves as the Compensation Lead for the Americas at ING, overseeing compensation and performance management for the US and Mexico regions since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brennan worked at Capital One for nearly seven years, progressing from a Compensation Consultant to a Compensation Consulting Manager, and also held the position of HR Business Partner for Commercial Bank Operations, providing strategic HR guidance across various functions. Brennan's initial experience includes leadership positions at Cornell University as a Student Manager and a Teaching Assistant, as well as internships at UTC Aerospace Systems and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, focusing on labor relations and human resources. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
