Arend Zeilstra is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in software testing and project management. Currently serving as IT Chapter Lead at ING since November 2019, Arend has previously worked as a Software Test Analyst at Centraal Justitieel Incassobureau and as a Software Test Manager at Wilee Rail, where various roles were undertaken on Railway Door Controller Projects in compliance with EN50128 and EN50129 standards, and the Scrum methodology was implemented. Arend's expertise extends to testing SAP functionalities across different companies, including Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Nederlandse Spoorwegen, where notable roles included Project Leader and Scrum Master. Arend holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NHL Hogeschool.
