Alvin Austral is an experienced Network Engineer and Manager with a robust career spanning over a decade in various roles across multiple companies. Currently at ING since January 2021, Alvin works within a Dev/Ops squad, focusing on the support and monitoring of data and voice network infrastructures across the Asia region. Prior to ING, Alvin held network engineering positions at Canon Singapore Pte Ltd, IBM, NCS Group, PCM, and Fujitsu, where responsibilities included network incident management, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting. Alvin has a solid educational background with an undergraduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University and a high school diploma in Electronics Technology from Don Bosco Technical Institute.
