Aleksandra Rzepecka has extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as CIO at ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. since April 2018, after holding the position of Senior Expert - IT Business Analyst. Prior to this, Aleksandra worked at ING Bank Śląski from October 2004 to March 2018 in various roles, including Product Owner, IT Project Coordinator, and Scrum Master, where responsibilities encompassed supervising teams, collecting business requirements, and analyzing business processes for improvements. Aleksandra’s educational background includes studies at Katowice School of Economics from 2005 to 2008.
