Rhea Aparicio serves as the Talent and Learning Head at ING Hubs Philippines since October 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Head of Leadership Development and Culture and Head of Leadership and Talent Development at AIA Philippines from August 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Rhea held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Manulife from May 2022 to August 2023. Rhea's extensive experience also includes nearly 17 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where notable positions included VP Talent Development and VP Corporate and Investment Bank Site Learning Head. Rhea began the career in training roles at Sykes in 2005. Rhea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas, graduating in 2002.
