Alice Ardiet is an Investment Manager at Ardian within the Ardian Infrastructure division since November 2021. Previously, Alice served as an M&A Analyst at Lazard from July 2019 to October 2021, and as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Antin Infrastructure Partners for a brief period in 2018. Alice also gained experience as an M&A Analyst Intern at Lazard in 2017 and worked as a Financial Auditor at BDO in late 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor and Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School, a Master 1 in Corporate Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from CY Cergy Paris Université. Alice’s expertise encompasses infrastructure and retail sector deals, M&A processes, financial auditing, and company valuation methodologies.
