Leah Savage

Vice President, Client Engagement & Change Management at Infrastructure Ontario

Leah Savage is an experienced professional in the public sector with a strong background in environmental policy and transportation initiatives. Currently serving as Director and Senior Advisor at Infrastructure Ontario since March 2020, Leah supports the sale of surplus government lands for long-term care home development. Prior roles include Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, where Leah led legislative development for transit acceleration and oversaw strategies for the regional transit agency. Leah also served as Manager and Senior Partnerships Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks, focusing on climate action and partnership strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, culminating in a solid foundation in environmental health and policy, supported by a Master of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science from Queen's University.
