Gurdeep Birdi is an experienced Information Technology Manager at Infrastructure Ontario since January 2019, overseeing IT infrastructure operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of critical technology systems and networks. Prior to this role, Gurdeep served as a Senior System Administrator, gaining expertise in cloud architecture and various Microsoft services, while also managing complex migrations and refresh projects. Gurdeep's extensive background includes positions at TD, RBC, IBM Canada, and Microsoft, focusing on support and administration of enterprise systems, troubleshooting, and automation through scripting. Gurdeep holds a diploma in Computer and Telecommunications Electronics from DeVry College of Technology.
