Rasel Ahmed has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Assistant Vice President in the Renewable Energy Department at Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) since June 2011, with prior roles including Assistant Vice President, Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Officer, and Investment Officer. Previously, Rasel worked as a Business Support Executive at The City Bank Ltd from November 2010 to June 2011 and as a Senior Officer at Citycell from May 2008 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Economics from the University of Dhaka (2015-2017), an MBA in Finance from Presidency University, Bangladesh (2008-2009), and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Presidency University, Bangladesh (2005-2008).
