Samantha Ma is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational psychology, currently serving as an Associate at Infrassocs since December 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions including Senior Delivery Consultant and Delivery Recruitment Consultant at The Green Recruitment Company, and Talent Sourcer at Activant Capital. Samantha's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acceleration Program Analyst at Anheuser-Busch InBev Africa and serving as a Research Assistant and lecturer at the University of Cape Town. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Business Science degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, as well as a high school diploma from Rustenburg Girls' High School.
