Melissa Van Riper is an accomplished Consumer Product Manager at Clearlight® since April 2023, with extensive experience in product development and marketing across various industries. Previously, Melissa held the role of Product Development Manager for Hard Goods at Skip Hop from April 2015 to February 2023, overseeing the journey of products from concept to production within the children's lifestyle sector. Prior roles include Creative Director at Montclair BABY, where Melissa managed marketing and PR efforts, Owner of VanRiper Creative Consulting focused on branding and design, Sr. Product Manager at Fetch for Pets overseeing upscale pet products, and Product Development Manager roles at Horizon Group USA and Scojo Vision LLC. Melissa's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Berkeley College, complemented by additional studies at Anthem Institute-Manhattan and The Art Institutes.
