Alexander Zibell has worked for four companies since 2007. Their first role was as a Web Editor for Skanska Bolig in 2007. In 2009, they became an Advisor for Skattedirektoratet. In 2011, they began working for Skanska in a variety of roles, including Analyse- og dataansvarlig, Seniorrådgiver marked og analyse, and Web Manager. In 2022, they became the Marketing Manager for Infrakit, a cloud service for infrastructure construction projects.

Alexander Zibell completed a Bachelor of International Communication from Unitec in 2005, with a field of study in Communication. In 2017, they completed an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, with a field of study in Analytics for Strategic Management.
