Niko Pluzhnikova is an experienced estimator currently working at Infracon Construction Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Niko served as a project coordinator at Fraser River Pile and Dredge (GP) Inc., managing project budgets, safety requirements, and quality control from January 2021 to April 2023. Niko's expertise also includes a position as a project research assistant at Metro Vancouver, where tasks involved project coordination and hydraulic analysis from January to August 2019, and as a junior project coordinator at CIMS Limited Partnership, supporting project management activities from May to August 2018. Niko began a career in construction management as an engineering co-op student at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, gaining experience in contract development and site supervision from June to December 2017. Niko holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2020.
