PavithraDesai PD has held various roles in the corporate world since 2008. PavithraDesai began their career at Infinite Computer Solutions as a CSQA in the Quality Department and Executive Associate to the CEO. In 2010, they moved to Zyme as an Executive Associate to the VP/GM (IAC) & Founder. In 2013, they joined PUMA Group as an Executive Associate to the MD. In 2014, they worked at Wipro as an Executive Associate to the CPO/VP. In 2015, they joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd) as a Sr. Executive Assistant to the Co-founders (CEO & CTO). In 2016, they worked at Zyme as a Project Coordinator (Consultant Role) and at Gojek as VP- People & Operations (Employee Experience) and Office Operation Manager. In 2020, they returned to Sarathii as a Founder, and in 2022 they joined InfraCloud Technologies as the Chief People Officer.

PavithraDesai PD has a Certification in Operations Management from NMIMS Global, obtained in 2020. PavithraDesai also holds additional certifications from Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISAB, 2016), TUV India Pvt. Ltd. (ISO - Internal Auditor Training Programme, 2010), Infinite Computer Solutions (CMMI Level 5, 2009), and ITC Hotels (Guest Service Vision, 2007).
