Pedja Bihor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Pedja began their career in 2006 as a System Developer at Powel Gemini and later worked as a System Developer at Inmeta. During their time at Inmeta, they gained experience in development, testing, and architecture designs on a variety of projects. In 2012, Pedja joined Greenbird Integration Technology as a Senior Consultant, where they participated in architecture discussions and implementations for large systems in the energy sector. Pedja then moved to EVRY ASA as a Senior Consultant, focusing on delivering optimal solutions across different industries. Pedja continued their career at EVRY Norge as a Technical Lead, where they not only provided technical expertise but also emphasized the importance of soft skills and teamwork. In 2014, they joined Greenbird Integration Technology again, this time as a Managing Consultant, offering expert advisory services in enterprise architecture and integration for the energy industry. In 2016, Pedja took on two roles simultaneously. First, as the Chief Technology Officer & Founding Partner at InfoTiles, a software vendor specializing in data integration and visualization. Second, as a Senior Advisor at Elkjop Nordic AS, where they implemented a service ecosystem and served as a Solution Architect on a mobile payment project. Overall, Pedja's work experience showcases their expertise in technology, architecture, integration, and leadership in various sectors.

Pedja Bihor has a diverse education history. In 2004, they started their undergraduate studies at The Norwegian School of Information Technology, specializing in IT. Pedja successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in this field in 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Pedja pursued further education and enrolled at the University of Stavanger in 2009. Although the specific degree obtained during this time is not mentioned, they focused on mathematics. After a year, Pedja transferred to the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2010 to pursue a Master's degree in Informatics: Technical and Scientific Applications. Pedja completed their Master's program in 2012, deepening their knowledge in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Pedja also holds a certification in TOGAF 9.1, which they obtained from The Open Group in December 2014.
