Shamala Sadananda is an accomplished technology strategist and innovation leader with nearly two decades of experience at Infosys, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Senior Principal for Innovation. Shamala oversees the Infosys Living Labs program for North America, driving substantial innovation initiatives for the company’s top 100 clients. Key achievements include leading a three-year, $8 million innovation project for a Fortune 100 aircraft manufacturing company. Previous roles include Business Analyst and Technical Manager at Rediff.com, as well as Software Engineer at Accelya Kale Solutions Limited, focusing on revenue accounting solutions for the airline sector. Shamala holds a Leadership Program certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, along with a Bachelor's in Statistics.
