Nagesh V Saralaya is an experienced professional in human resources and organization development, currently serving as Practice Lead for Organisation Development at Infosys since March 2023, focusing on enhancing employee career paths through holistic learning. Prior to this role, Nagesh worked at Kotak Life from May 2016 to March 2023 as OD Lead for Leadership Development and Assistant Vice President, Regional HRBP, where responsibilities included managing talent through the entire employee lifecycle across multiple states. Nagesh’s previous experience includes a position as Senior Associate Lead for Talent Acquisition at Infosys from October 2014 to February 2016 and Human Resources Executive at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2013 to September 2014.
