Azad B Mishra is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the field of CRM and business analytics. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Infosys Consulting since August 2020, Azad also holds the position of Principal Consultant at Cognizant since December 2014, specializing in managing Hybris Project delivery under the C/4 HANA umbrella and focusing on business analytics and reporting. Previous roles include Lead Consultant at IBM, where responsibilities included SAP Hybris Portfolio consulting, and Senior Consultant at Accenture Services within the SAP CRM Global Practice. Azad is pursuing an Executive Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and holds an MBA from SYMBIOSIS International University as well as a Bachelor's degree from Utkal University.
