Andrew Karo currently serves as the Innovation Lead for the Retirement Center of Excellence at Infosys since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Deloitte from March 2021 to June 2023 as a Strategy + Innovation Consultant, focusing on building new businesses and fostering innovation. Andrew also held positions at Deloitte as a Marketing Strategist, supporting various teams across Consulting, Audit, Advisory, and Tax divisions. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Specialist at UBS Evidence Lab, Strategy Consultant at Andrew Karo Consulting, Consumer Insights Strategist at Shepherd, Digital Intern at argodesign, and Strategy + Innovation Intern at T3, among others. Andrew Karo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Texas at Austin.
