Reinaldo Dado is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and network management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Infosoft Systems since March 2013, Reinaldo specializes in advanced compute, storage, and virtualization integrations, alongside providing technical design, optimization, consultancy, and troubleshooting for IT core infrastructure components. Previous experience includes a role as a Network Management Systems Support Engineer at Vodafone Albania, where Reinaldo managed the Ericsson Operational Support System for Radio and Core, and worked as a Junior Engineer focusing on first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of GSM/WCDMA core and RAN network systems. Reinaldo holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, attained between 2006 and 2014.
