Nair Mendonça has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a BI Analyst at i2S Insurance Knowledge, where their responsibilities included data analysis and training. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a BI Analyst & Controller at Fidelidade Angola, where they were responsible for information management, system support, and training. In 2016, they joined Aubay France as a Consultant in the Banking and Insurance sector, working with Santander. In 2019, they worked as a Functional Business Analyst at VICTORIA Seguros before starting their own company, Nair Mendonça, Unipessoal LDA, where they worked as an Insurance Consultant. In 2020, they joined Infosistema as a Senior Business Analyst, and during their time there, they held roles at both Ageas and Mèdis as a Business Analyst and PMO, respectively.

Nair Mendonça attended Instituto Politécnico de Bragança from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Informatica de Gestão. The degree obtained upon completion of their studies was not specified.
